Due Date

It has been super long time since I updated this space. I really am lazy and also busy with work that I don't really have time to update and write a proper post. So here is one of the many overdue post of a cafe that M and I went to explore. Located at the corner of a road, L'etoile is definitely a place to sit and read and have some quiet time alone. It is like an old vintage house. Thumbs up for the food and everything else! But one bad thing is there is no parking space.

I was really into reading that book that M was pissed off.I need to get a new book to read.Any recommendations?

Till then.

Food For Souls

A short post featuring two cafes. Not much photos as I can be super lazy at times.
So first up will be D'good cafe located at Holland V. The small town that you can find good food around. However, this 2 story cafe here is not that fantastic in terms of food. I've tried better than that. But thumbs up for the ambiance. They have the lawn where you can sit on a swing but usually are already taken up by others, the casual place to sit and the alfresco. I decided to sit over at the alfresco and have a change in ambiance. So if you are around the corner you can still give this place a try.

Second will be Arbite located at Serangoon. The portion here is enough to share with another friend of yours. I was alright. I love the salted caramel because I am a sucker for caramel and salted caramel!

Till then.

A Green Affair

This post is more on outfit compared to cafe. You will know why I put it that way soon. Here is it. I wanted to try Grin Affair over at Everton Park. So my friend and I rode around that area and couldn't find it. To my surprise this Grin Affair is located under a void deck. And the place is super vintage. Damn vintage that you CANNOT dine in. You have to buy takeaway. So much of me being all excited to eat a cake in a jar at a cool place. Teow. So we decided to just buy one jar and left the place to eat under a void deck.LOL right? The cake was not that bad. But I wouldn't drive all the way up just to buy those cakes.

After the Grin Affair,we went over to Garden By the Bay South. Went there for the second time to enjoy nature. This time round I headed there in the evening where the dome were lighted. Let the pictures tell them story.

Always bring a pair of flats to save the day.

Sweeter than a jerk's words

I really cannot recall if I have blogged about some cafe.I would suggest that you follow me over at IG @izzah_ishak. I update the cafes I went mostly there. It would be a lot more easier compared to blogging using my phone and having to think what I should type.

So this particular gem is located at Bussoroh St.Its located right at the end of the street and two shops away from Vintage Delicafe if you know where it is.Just Google Ogopogo if you have difficulties finding it.I love the ambiance and the quiet surroundings.I went around 4pm?I was in the shop with my friend and the salesperson herself. Its such a vintage feeling and the something toothpaste cake is superb.Plus the caramel sluggish!oh my god go try it la!More cafes hopping and updates!
